Find a profile you like and click the "Send a Letter" button. Type your message, and we will print it, put it in an envelope, and mail it via the US Postal Service. You must include your return address so the inmate can write back to you.
It depends on the facility, mail processing times, and the inmate. Generally, you should allow 2-4 weeks for a response.
Inmates do not have internet access. Their family or friends must select a Profile Package on our Pricing page, mail us the inmate's information and photo, and we will manually build the profile for them.
No. Prisons do not allow external websites to email inmates directly. We use the Print & Mail relay system to ensure your letter gets to them via standard US Mail.
